THE RECRUITING PROCESS

During the recruiting process, we would like to get to know you as a person. What is your background? What motivates & drives you? What are your expectations and career goals? We would like also to introduce ourselves. Throughout the recruiting process, you will meet many of our team members to give you first-hand experiences on who we are and how we work.

Each interview combines two parts – an assessment of personal fit & skills and a case study. Both enable us to identify the people who will thrive at CYLAD!

The dialogue enables us to gain some insights on your personality, the way you communicate and interact with others as well as your professional knowledge. We also give you the opportunity to ask all your questions to better understand who CYLAD is and the way we work.

During this session, we want you to be yourself and we are particularly looking for:
