Accenture has officially entered into an agreement to purchase OnProcess Technology, a company headquartered in Boston that specializes in supply chain managed services.

Established in 1998, OnProcess is a leading expert in reverse logistics, focusing on the post-sales process. Their Agora software-as-a-service platform leverages automation and artificial intelligence to improve visibility throughout the entire journey from planning to asset recovery.

OnProcess successfully manages a staggering 20 million service orders and return transactions each year, spanning across more than 110 countries. The company boasts a workforce of over 1,500 employees distributed across the United States, Costa Rica, Bulgaria, and India.

OnProcess is known for providing invaluable support to clients in various industries, including communications, media and technology, medical devices, logistics, and manufacturing.

Accenture's acquisition of OnProcess represents a strategic move to bolster its expertise in asset recovery and service supply chain management, thus elevating its overall supply chain capabilities.
