4Growth represents experience. And in business, experience matters. Founded in 2008, 4Growth is a boutique Management Consulting company based in the GTA. 4Growth believes that Experience Matters. Our approach is thoughtful and prefers evidence of performance.

Gary Collins and Mark Edwards launched 4Growth in 2008. They combined divergent but complimentary skills. Gary spent 20+ years in the high tech industry in sales, marketing, executive and general management with a focus on customer engagement. Mark spent 20+ years in both large and small accounting firms leveraging his financial knowledge to assist companies in using financial strategies to leverage and grow their business. Together, they were convinced their combined skills would be most useful for organizations who were stuck or hit a wall.

They were right.

They discovered that many companies, at one point or another, faced obstacles that allowed them to continue their growth. Since 2008, 4Growth has worked with over 75 companies! We’ve really enjoyed working with leading managers to discover the ways and means to move their business forward, to clear the hurdles, to accept market challenges, to embrace the unknown and to find and build the right teams. It’s been a real pleasure.
