Training

One of Accuracy’s strengths lies in its ability to train its consultants on a daily basis. This learning takes place on the job, thanks largely to the experience gained by our consultants on their different projects.


In addition, Accuracy places particular importance on training staff throughout their professional careers. To this end, Accuracy has established a specific training programme for each grade in the company. These programmes include both technical and soft-skill training sessions run by either colleagues or external consultants and are reinforced through annual seminars for each grade, during which consultants from all our offices reunite at a location in Europe.


This training model enables Accuracy to train its consultants in the skills of tomorrow but also to guarantee a top quality level of service for clients in a constantly evolving environment.




What we are looking for

·     Strong analytical skills – each of our projects involves dealing with a significant amount of data of varying degrees of quality. It is important to be able to manage the data, make sense of it and transmit conclusions clearly and concisely.

·     Great interpersonal skills – be it with the client or your fellow team members, building positive human relationships is fundamental to life at Accuracy. In the office, there is a strong sense of community and team spirit reigns supreme; with the client, good relationships make our job easier and help cement Accuracy’s position as our clients’ first port of call.

·     A learning mind-set – an inquisitive mind, a desire to grow your skill set and an open approach to learning will help you go far at Accuracy. This goes hand-in-hand with our team spirit: Accuracians are always there to help each other grow.


Recruitment Process

The recruitment process at Accuracy has been designed to allow all candidates to fully understand our business and our unique corporate culture, while ensuring we continue to recruit the best professionals in our fields.


Our recruitment process consists of a series of interviews with some of our consultants and partners, providing an excellent opportunity for a mutual introduction, while allowing us to gain an understanding of the candidate’s aspirations. The process also allows us to assess the candidate’s technical skills for the job, as well as to ascertain the personality of the candidate in order to gauge how they would fit in with our team culture.
