Our people progress from junior finance and accounting consultant through senior consultant and manager roles in audit, consulting and accounting, with a genuine path toward partnership. We invest in the transformation of our teams through numerous internal training programs, because our clients expect an integrated, skilled team on every engagement. Training is delivered internally by our own associates and directors, who are experts in their respective fields, so knowledge stays close to the day-to-day realities of our assignments.

We look for candidates with a Bac +5 degree such as a Master CCA, DSCG, or a business or engineering school background, generally with at least three years of experience in an accounting or auditing firm. Beyond technical command of accounting and finance, we value people who understand business issues, build strong client relationships, are comfortable with digital tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Celonis, and bring versatility, curiosity, rigor and a team spirit to every assignment.

Our process starts with a pre-qualification call or video interview to understand your aspirations and introduce you to the firm. This is followed by a skills assessment meeting to confirm your profile fits the role, then a motivational interview with other team members, since it's essential everyone feels comfortable before committing to each other. We close with an integration proposal, where we agree on your terms of employment and jointly define your integration plan and development prospects.
