Arghajata Consulting (Previously IndoConsult) is a member firm of Arghajata Alliance network of professional services firms and provides management-consulting services to clients aiming at improving performance and unleashing their value. Led by 11 partners & principals and supported by more than 60 professionals, Arghajata Consulting provides services in strategy & execution, organization & performance improvement, corporate finance, information technology & process transformation and assurance & accounting. In September 2009, Arghajata Consulting signed an agreement with Booz & Company, previously known as Booz Allen Hamilton, a leading global management-consulting firm with more than 3,300 staff worldwide.

Our History

Arghajata started its operation in July 2005, known then as IndoConsult Utama, and operated under this name for more than four years. It worked with clients solving their business challenges, including turnaround, improving performance, and transforming their organizations.

In July 2009, following the shifts and changes in the marketplace as well as internal growth and different aspirations of individual partners, the firm was restructured. As part of the restructuring, on 17 July 2009 the name Arghajata was introduced, and all consulting businesses of IndoConsult Utama were transferred to the new firm, including all the consulting partners and professional consultants.

Since its inception in 2005 through 2014, the firm has worked with Booz & Company (previously known as Booz Allen Hamilton), a leading global management-consulting firm. This working relationship ceased when Booz & Company merged into PwC network and changed its name to Strategy&. Now Arghajata continues working with several global management-consulting firms on a non-exclusive basis to provide integrated professional services to its joint clients in Indonesia.
