Students:

As an intern or working student, you will get an insight into the everyday life of an ARKADIA consultant and thus into many different business areas. Your support ranges from research and back office activities to targeted project support directly at the customer's site. Due to our flexibility, we make sure that your work as a working student is compatible with your university - and especially during your exam phases, all ARKADIAn understand if you want to take time to study. Our self-image is that you and your learning curve are in the foreground. Therefore, as an intern, you will always be involved in a project and directly assume partial responsibility. Because we not only show methods, but also produce measurable successes together with our customers. But you also have to keep your sleeves rolled up internally. In addition to the consulting business, we also actively shape the business and topic development at ARKADIA internally. Be it the vital functions such as marketing, recruiting and personnel development or new product developments and topic leadership. This means more work, but it's fun and gives you the opportunity to design ARKADIA the way you see fit.

Experienced Professional:

Students:
