The Brooker Group Plc is Thailand's leading financial consulting, real estate consultancy and capital management company. The Company was founded in 1994 through the merger of two independent Thai research and consulting firms established in the 1980s. In August 2000, Brooker changed its status to a public limited company and subsequently acquired Tara Siam Business Information Ltd, Thailand's leading supplier of comprehensive sector reports, news, and economic and financial data. On 17 September 2001, Brooker became the first company to list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand's Market for Alternative Investment (MAI). The Company commenced the implementation of new business development strategies with the joining of Mr Chan Bulakul, a professional investment banker who has been instrumental for over 100 billion baht of mergers and IPOs, in the Brooker management team in 2003. Under Mr Bulakul's leadership, Brooker is now realizing meaningful revenue increases.
