About the company

Catenion is a management consulting firm devoted to helping life science companies create more innovative and effective strategies to significantly increase their ROI. Our value lies in being able to help clients better assess the values and risks of their products, projects and portfolios, in order to make more informed investment decisions. In addition, we are adept at addressing the cultural impediments that often suffocate innovation by helping clients create the organisational climates that foster creativity and greater team communication. We work with a broad range of executives from various management levels and departments who want to improve the performance of their team, department and even organization. Catenion is able to do so because of four key differentiating features: First, we specialise in strategy development and innovation management for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies. It’s our sole focus. Second, we possess and develop novel approaches to key aspects of R&D strategy such as asset valuation, risk assessment and portfolio management. Third, we have a great deal of experience in life science, but add an extra element with a deep understanding of business and strategy. This helps us deliver an integrated cross-disciplinary approach to our clients. Lastly, we enjoy transferring our combined knowledge and capabilities to or clients, and seeing the success it brings them as they develop in the future.
