Concerto Partners is a management consultancy whose services span the entire spectrum from Strategy through to Delivery and Assurance. We help private sector companies shape and develop their corporate strategy and we work at high levels in Government, shaping strategic change. We develop implementation plans for the consequent business transformation and go on to deliver the programme. We also offer independent assurance services, providing reassurance if all is well or early warning if it isn't. We are also subject matter experts in physical asset management, ranging from planning new cities through to infrastructure programmes, real estate strategies, facilities management and work-space solutions. We use our asset management understanding to leverage transformational change. We are agile. As an SME our Partners and staff respond quickly to client demands. We also have tremendous "reach-back"​ into our associate talent pool, where we can access up to 250 trusted associates - people we have known and worked with for years. Recent client examples include working with a FTSE company to re-set the corporate strategy, establishing the delivery strategy for HS2, developing an occupancy strategy for the United Nations in New York, developing the strategy for a merger between two professional services organisations, carrying out an assurance review for the MoD's Next Generation Estates Contracts, establishing an Investment Portfolio Office for a major NHS Trust and working on a flagship transformation programme in Public Health England.
