Delivery Associates was founded in 2013 by Sir Michael Barber, drawing on insights gained while he led the UK Prime Minister's Delivery Unit under Tony Blair — the moment Deliverology® was born. From those origins, we have grown into a global social impact consultancy with more than 200 colleagues working in over 40 countries across six continents. Our work has ranged from supporting Brazil's environmental agency IBAMA in co-creating a four-year conservation strategy grounded in national climate commitments to helping American cities advance carbon emissions reduction through Bloomberg Philanthropies' American Cities Climate Challenge. We have helped bridge federal funding to underserved communities in the United States through the Community Funding Accelerator, supported smallholder farmers and fishers in Samoa through digitized data systems, advanced maternal and neonatal care in Peru's North Cusco Health Network, empowered local leaders in Rwanda's Ministry of Health, and strengthened cradle-to-career education and workforce pathways for young people across America. We convene a growing global community of public sector practitioners — policymakers, funders, civil servants, and social entrepreneurs — who are making change happen in every region of the world.
