Our purpose, 'leadership for a better world,' reflects our commitment to fostering leaders who drive positive change and sustainable growth. We advise leaders on sustainability by helping them integrate environmentally and socially responsible practices into their strategic vision, operations, and corporate culture. In 2024, we achieved 100% renewable electricity across global operations, completed our first CSRD-aligned Double Materiality Assessment, reduced our carbon footprint by 8.3%, and expanded participation in our Impact Pathways initiative by 43%. We help boards understand their role as stewards of sustainability and what it means to their companies, integrating it into the CEO mandate and board committee structure.

We continued to measure and strengthen local impact through our Impact Pathways initiative, which aligns with the B Corp Impact Assessment methodology. This program helps each office understand its social and environmental footprint and identify opportunities for improvement. Participation grew by 43% in 2024, with 63 offices—representing 97% of our workforce—using the tool to set tangible goals and track progress. We aim to create mutual benefits for our people, our planet, and the communities we impact.
