Working with us

An independent pan-European firm built by former Big Four partners

We're a financial, operational and strategy consulting firm founded in 2009 by former Big Four partners who believed an independent player, free of conflicts of interest, could bring more value to clients navigating transactions, restructurings and transformations. Today we operate from 16 offices across more than 30 countries, with 123 partners and 1,000+ employees, and the firm's geographical expansion continues to open new career opportunities through mobility programmes, international assignments and cross-office collaboration.

Why joining us

A dynamic, entrepreneurial adventure for everyone

Our market recognition comes from the expertise of our teams, and every employee is encouraged to take part in the firm's development according to their own interests, making a career here feel like an entrepreneurial adventure rather than a fixed track. Training and the transmission of knowledge punctuate daily life at the firm, and our values of excellence, respect and entrepreneurship shape how colleagues work with each other and with clients on a daily basis.

Career path

Mobility, secondments and international assignments

Beyond the standard grade progression, our secondment programme lets employees give their careers a boost by discovering a new area of expertise or joining an international team abroad, opening a new chapter in their professional development. Our geographic footprint across more than 30 countries means genuine cross-border collaboration is part of everyday project work, not just a policy on paper, and our continued expansion keeps creating fresh opportunities as new offices open.

Training

Close support from day one, from Coach to Partner

As soon as new employees arrive, they're supported, onboarded, trained and monitored by clearly defined figures: a Coach, a Mentor, a Partner and an onboarding team all play a role in getting people up to speed. All employees benefit from regular, personalised guidance in developing their careers, reflecting our belief that bringing out everyone's potential requires close, sustained support rather than a one-off induction.

What we are looking for

People who work well independently and within a demanding team

We look for people who like to work independently but also love the idea of joining a highly qualified, human-scale team with demanding clients. Beyond technical skills, we're assessing curiosity, the ability to reason through a situation, and a genuine motivation to grow with the firm and take an active part in its mission — qualities we probe throughout the interview process rather than through a single technical filter.

Recruitment Process

Three stages, ending with a Partner

The process opens with a first interview focused on your background, motivations and expectations, and a chance for you to learn more about our business, culture and values. This is followed by technical and situational interviews, without trick questions, designed to gauge your technical skills, your ability to reason through a scenario, and your curiosity. At the end of the process, you meet a Partner of the firm — your opportunity to show you're ready to take an active part in the firm's mission.

Good to know

A work atmosphere built around cohesion and team spirit

Cohesion between employees and teams is one of the keys to our success, and quality of life at work is treated as a genuine pillar of the firm rather than an afterthought. A large number of events and activities are organised throughout the year, not only to build team spirit but simply to give people a chance to come together, share and relax — whether you're a foodie, a chess player or into sports, there's a place for you here.

Diversity and Inclusion

A 94/100 Gender Equality Index and active partnerships

We work to guarantee employees and partners an environment free of discrimination based on origin, gender, opinions or preferences, and our Gender Equality Index currently stands at 94 out of 100. We back this up with concrete partnerships: Baby Eight, launched in 2015, secures priority childcare places for employees' children; we work with the French Association of Diversity Managers (AFMD) on inclusive workplace practices; and we sit on France Invest's Talent & Diversity Commission, which meets monthly on diversity and parity issues in investment teams.
