Energetics Consulting Engineers is a boutique energy, sustainability, and daylighting consulting firm founded in 2015 just outside of Denver, Colorado. We help building designers and owners optimize their projects for energy efficiency and sustainability — without spending more money. We are a small, highly specialized team of energy and daylighting professionals deeply embedded in Colorado's sustainable building community. Our principal, Elizabeth Gillmor PE, BEMP, LC, LEED AP, brings over 20 years of experience in energy efficiency, lighting, and daylighting consulting. We operate as a fully remote firm, which keeps us nimble and efficient — and allows us to focus entirely on what matters: delivering exceptional results for our clients. We're active participants on the Denver Building Code Amendment Committee, Denver Green Buildings Ordinance Technical Advisory Committee, Colorado Code Collaborative, and Denver Net Zero Energy Advisory Group.

We provide energy, sustainability, and daylighting consulting across new and existing commercial, multifamily, and residential buildings. Our services span energy code compliance, energy modeling, green building certification, envelope performance, daylighting analysis, affordable housing energy documentation, existing building audits and benchmarking, and tax incentive consulting. We help clients access millions of dollars in utility rebates, tax credits, and financing incentives — from LEED to LIHTC, from C-PACE to 179D.
