It was developed by former executives and partners of Mercer Management Consulting, the Boston Consulting Group, Braxton Associates and McKinsey. The firm assists CEOs and senior executives of European, North American and Asian corporations in the formulation and implementation of growth strategies, as well as managers of private equity funds in the analysis and valuation of their investments. The partners and teams are multilingual and include French, British, German, Swiss, Italian, Dutch, North American and Chinese nationals. We recruit at all levels: • Consultants coming from undergraduate universities and French "grandes écoles" (Polytechnique, Centrale, Mines, Ponts et Chaussées, HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, St.Gallen, Solvay, Bocconi, WHU, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, etc.) • Senior consultants, either with an MBA degree (Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, Chicago Booth, MIT, Columbia, INSEAD, etc.) and a few years of successful professional experience, or with several years of successful experience in management positions. • Experienced and successful consultants coming from other leading strategy consulting firms, who have the potential to join us directly as project managers or partners. All consultants are specialized and work in strategy consulting only in order to avoid any dilution of competence. They work on a regular basis in Europe, North America, Asia, the Mediterranean Rim and the Indian Ocean.
