The Flow Group was established in 2001 by five founders known and recognized in organization development. During the ten years that followed, three companies, Creanova, Narus and Beehive, joined Anima-Ráció Konzultánsok, BB Consulting, Human Telex Consulting, Let Hungary and Manmore Consulting to increase the number of member companies to eight. Our goal is to turn the Flow Group into one of the largest organization development entities in terms of capacity in Hungary and hence to become an unavoidable market factor, raising the bar high for all the participants of this industry. Why should we not share the flow experience with our clients while working together? Would it not be possible to work in a manner and a culture and to do a job that fills you with a sense of success day after day and lets us fully mobilize our skills and achieve maximum results both privately and at work. The Flow Group was built upon the idea that it is possible. In 2011 the Flow Group celebrated its 10th anniversary and this strategic alliance has propelled us to become one of the leaders in our segment both in terms of revenues and the number of consultants employed.
