Founded in 1998, we have successfully realized more than 100 customer projects and contributed substantially to corporate and leadership development. Both aspects are inseparably linked to the success of complex change processes.
  • In merger integration and change management projects, our focus is on designing and implementing a finely tuned and unique transition phase for both leaders and employees that allows for a wholesome and seamless experience of change and a timely and smooth stabilization within changed corporate and organizational frameworks.
