Post Merger Integration

Finalizing an M&A deal is one thing, but delivering the intended value from it is another. Numerous studies put the failure rate of mergers and acquisitions at well over 50%. While the rewards for success can be significant, so can the price of failure. Financial losses and write-downs, reputational damage, weakened strategic and competitive advantage and an exodus of key talent are just some of the outcomes of ineffective post-merger integration.
