High Performing Systems uses a systems approach to help leaders, teams and organizations improve performance. When HPS was founded in 1984, few people understood the importance of—much less appreciated—this philosophy. Now, as then, HPS is way ahead in helping our clients achieve results.
Value of a Systems Approach
Just as the human body is made up of systems responsible for specific functions (nervous, digestive, circulatory, etc.), every organization is a system dependent on the successful operation of a number of smaller systems for survival. When any of these systems are not performing or interacting efficiently, as in the body, the organization does not achieve high performance.
