Working with us

Solving Complex Challenges Across Essential Industries

Our clients are leading organizations in healthcare, education, financial services, industrials and manufacturing, energy and utilities, and the public sector. You will work with senior leaders to define strategy and rethink how organizations operate, turn data and technology into competitive advantage, build platforms on ecosystems such as Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce and Workday, improve day-to-day performance and shape the human side of transformation.

Why joining us

A Growth Company With an Entrepreneurial, Values-Based Culture

Joining us means joining a growth company with an entrepreneurial spirit, where you roll up your sleeves to help clients solve their greatest challenges and create lasting results. Our culture is built on collaboration, integrity, excellence and passion, and our leaders live those values every day - a big part of why we have been named one of Consulting Magazine's Best Firms to Work For for 16 consecutive years.

Career path

Analyst and Associate Entry Points, Then a Career You Own

Undergraduates join us as analysts on client and corporate teams, while applicants with doctorates and non-MBA graduate degrees join as analysts or associates depending on their experience. Experienced professionals, technologists and transitioning military personnel have their own paths in. From there your career is yours to own, with the structure and flexibility to shape a path that reflects your strengths and goals.

Training

Personalized Learning and Career Mobility

We help you unlock your full potential through a robust, personalized suite of learning and development tools and career mobility opportunities. From your first day you learn alongside experienced teammates and engage directly with clients, building the skills and confidence to move your career forward.

What we are looking for

Curious, Agile and Highly Analytical

We look for exceptional people from a variety of backgrounds who are curious, agile, highly analytical and passionate about helping Huron and our clients address evolving market challenges. We value people who reject complacency, embrace new ideas and bring their authentic selves to a collaborative team.

Recruitment Process

Behavioral and Case Interviews, Run With Integrity

Our interview process combines behavioral and case interviews to understand your experience and critical thinking; interviews may be by video with your camera on or in person at a Huron office. We recruit undergraduate analysts mainly in the fall, including on selected campuses. We expect candidates to represent themselves honestly - AI can help you prepare, but real-time AI answers or impersonation are not allowed - and we only ever contact candidates from @hcg.com addresses or approved recruiting platforms, never asking for payments.

Good to know

Flexible Time Off, Recharge Leave and a Global Day of Service

Our benefits include flexible paid time off and work arrangements, paid maternity and parental leave, recharge leave, and a wellness program covering intellectual, financial, social and emotional well-being. Giving back is part of our culture: our most recent Day of Service saw more than 3,300 employees volunteer on 141 projects in 90 locations around the world.

Diversity and Inclusion

Ten iMatter Employee Resource Groups

Diversity and inclusion are foundational to who we are. Our 10 employee resource groups, known as iMatter teams, are shaped by employee feedback and give everyone the chance to connect with colleagues who share a common interest, learn from different perspectives and drive positive change - from our veterans' group to the annual Amanda Bonser Leadership Summit, which empowers women and their allies to shape the future of leadership.
