Application Process


Step 1: Choose Your Dream Job

You’ve found your dream job in our list of available positions. You’ll find the link to the application form in the job description.

Are you a proactive person who wants to apply even if we aren’t actively looking to fill the position? If so, you’ll also find a link to the right form on our career page.


Step 2: Submit Documents in One Minute

Easily upload your resume and supporting documents – a cover letter isn’t necessary.


Step 3: Automatic Confirmation of Receipt

As soon as your documents are safe on our server, you’ll receive a confirmation of receipt from us. This takes place automatically and immediately after submitting the online form.


Step 4: We Review Your Application

We are delighted that you are interested in a position with us, which is why various individuals and departments will carefully review your documents. You will usually hear back from us within 1 to 2 weeks.


Step 5: Phone Interview

We want to get a feel for who you are. Plan for this call to take about 45 minutes.


Step 6: Face-To-Face Meeting – Ingenics AG

If you’ve impressed us so far, we’ll invite you to visit us in person so we can speak with you directly within the framework of a structured interview. Good to know: We’ll assign you a topic in advance that you’ll present to us during the interview for 5-10 minutes.


Step 6: Face-To-Face Meeting with the client – Ingenics Services GmbH

You’ll first be asked to submit a skills profile, which we’ll present to the client. Next, we’ll invite you to an in-person meeting with our client. We’ll then get to know each other during this meeting at the client’s place of business.


Step 7: Contract Signing

If everyone is satisfied, we’ll work together to find the best activity area for you, including all the details, and then we’ll soon say welcome to the team!
