Insight Management Consulting was founded by Paul McMurray, Ph.D., and led alongside his brother David McMurray — the McMurray Brothers. Together, they bring over 40 years of combined experience helping hundreds of organizations worldwide transform their cultures, strengthen communication, and develop leaders who get results. With offices in Crofton, Maryland and Salt Lake City, Utah, we work with clients ranging from federal agencies to Fortune 500 companies, delivering programs face-to-face and virtually across the globe.

We are a small, expert team built around two brothers who have devoted careers to leadership and human development. Paul holds a Ph.D. in business psychology and is a Master Certified Trainer for five leading development firms. David brings 25+ years in consulting and survey research, with deep expertise in employee and customer engagement. We are motivators, facilitators, problem solvers — and we believe that serious topics deserve serious fun.

We design and deliver training programs, executive coaching engagements, keynote speaking, and organizational consulting tailored to your specific needs. Our programs center on the skills that drive culture and results: communication, employee and team engagement, leadership and accountability, and personal development. We facilitate directly, and as master certified trainers we can also certify your internal trainers through our Train the Trainer (T3) programs — so the impact lasts long after we leave.
