What are we actually doing? We usually say that we improve flows. By flow, we mean partly the physical material flow and partly the information flow. The information flow can consist of IT systems and paper, but also purely visual signals that control the material flow. We work on improving various parts of the flow itself, for example, distribution, purchasing, production planning, and control. We also work with support processes that are needed for the flow to work, for example, maintenance.

The fact that we are local means that you always have the expertise close at hand. Our consultants understand the culture and context of our part of the country and have access to the important networks here. All our employees have an academic education – most are civil engineers – but they must also have several years of work experience from the industries and areas we work with. Perhaps we don't even need to mention that project management skills are a matter of course. But equally obvious is balance in life. We make sure not to overwork anyone, to help each other, and we give everyone the same salary and bonus. Therefore, you can trust that you always get knowledgeable and focused consultants who put delivery quality before their own profit.
