It rapidly became the leading independent Italian firm in the industry; for the last few years it has been one of the three leading firms at the top of the executive search market in Italy. With over 40 staff, including 10 partners and a similar number of consultants, operating out of two offices in Milan and Rome, key2people is today recognised as an authoritative partner by both large Italian and foreign multinationals, and medium-sized owner-managed businesses. Our Group was enlarged in 2002 by the addition of a firm specialised in middle management search, Intermedia Selection, which itself operates through 40 consultants and researchers. Finally, one of the most active companies in online search, Talent Manager, was acquired in 2003, before in 2010 being integrated into HRweb tech, to offer advanced services to companies for the management of their job opportunities.
