Who we are
Starting life in 2014, LACE Partners was founded by Aaron Alburey and Cathy Acratopulo, who wanted to create a business that could provide a full-service consultancy for HR professionals. Having experienced life in large consultancy firms, Aaron and Cathy recognised that the function of HR transformation services needed a new approach to the delivery.
ACE Partners has evolved into a thriving business with an impressive track record of successful projects across a wide range of industries. This is made possible by our wealth of experienced practitioners who specialise in HR transformation, tech advisory, change and adoption, employee experience, people data and analytics, cloud migration and much more. We are a business that prides itself on our ability to build long term relationships, not only with our clients and our delivery partners, but also with our network of LACE employees and associates who we affectionately refer to as ‘LACErs’.
