Irrational, emotional and opinionated. If you really want to connect, you’ve got to speak their language. Understand what they’re into and why. Be a little off-kilter yourself. Creative ingenuity, clever strategy and immaculate execution are all table stakes. But we’re in this to push the boundaries and test the rules – change the game to give you the house advantage. We’re not in this to get famous. We’d rather leave that to you.
