About Us

Building European Sovereignty for the Age of AI

Founded in Copenhagen in 2000, Netcompany has grown from a Danish IT firm into one of Europe's most trusted technology partners, today comprising more than 9,500 professionals across more than 10 countries and representing over 50 nationalities. We are a tech-agnostic, end-to-end IT solutions provider — independent by design, always the customer's partner first and the software vendor's second. Our work spans the full lifecycle of digital transformation: from strategy, system integration, and application development to platform deployment, AI-embedded delivery, operations, and ongoing maintenance. Clients include national governments, the European Commission, defence ministries, critical infrastructure operators, and leading private-sector enterprises. Across Europe, we have delivered hundreds of mission-critical solutions — for tax and customs systems, digital government portals, aviation operations, financial services infrastructure, and healthcare — that collectively form a central part of Europe's digital backbone. As the continent enters the age of AI, Netcompany is accelerating that mission with sovereign, AI-embedded solutions developed in Europe for Europe, combining proven platforms, deep domain expertise, and our proprietary Feniks AI framework to deliver faster, more reliable, and more responsible digital infrastructure.

Who we are

9,500 Professionals. One Shared Ambition.

We are technologists, consultants, engineers, and domain specialists united by a shared commitment to responsible digitalisation. Colleagues across Copenhagen, London, Oslo, Athens, Warsaw, Brussels, Hanoi, and beyond work as one Netcompany — collaborating across borders, disciplines, and perspectives to build solutions that keep societies running. Every successful project here is the result of collective processes, diverse expertise, and a culture in which learning never stops. Our Netcompany Academy delivers more than 175 seminars and 250 specialist sessions each year, and every new joiner is paired with a dedicated mentor from day one. Our Centres of Excellence span Java, .NET, AI, cloud, data migration, and more, ensuring that knowledge flows freely across the organisation. We are people who take responsibility seriously — not as a constraint, but as the very foundation of the work we do. When you are trusted to build the systems that citizens rely on and institutions depend on, responsibility is not a policy. It is personal.

What we do

End-to-End Digital Transformation, from Strategy to Operations

Netcompany offers the full spectrum of IT services — from digital strategy, IT consulting, and system integration through application development, core modernisation, SAP solutions, data and insights, artificial intelligence, and digital experience, to cloud and infrastructure, cyber security, managed operations, and application maintenance. We are entirely tech-agnostic: we guide clients through their options and combine components, platforms, and software to find the right balance between capability, agility, and cost. At the core of our delivery model sit our proven technical platforms — PULSE, a real-time data engine that connects the moving parts of complex organisations; AMPLIO, which orchestrates process automation and case management in highly regulated environments; AMI, which bridges businesses, governments, and citizens through intelligent communications; and EASLEY AI, our European-first platform for secure generative AI and AI governance. Underpinning it all is Feniks AI, our agentic AI framework that accelerates enterprise software development by up to 45 percent without compromising data control or sovereignty. Together, these capabilities allow us to design, build, and operate the digital infrastructure that underpins essential public services and core business operations across Europe's most demanding sectors.

Our Purpose

Empowering a Modern, Resilient, and Independent Europe

Our purpose is to empower societies, institutions, and businesses by leveraging our deep domain expertise, AI-driven delivery, and proven platform strategy to create innovative solutions that contribute to a modern, resilient, and independent Europe. Europe's ability to succeed in the age of AI depends on building and controlling its own critical systems. That is the work we are here to do. Every project we take on — whether modernising a national tax authority, digitising child welfare services in Norway, powering smarter airports across the continent, or giving Danish citizens a secure digital gateway for public services — is an expression of that purpose. We believe that digitalisation, done responsibly, is one of the most powerful forces for social and economic progress available to us. Connecting people, societies, and businesses through secure and transparent digital infrastructure is not merely a commercial endeavour. It is how we contribute to the long-term strength and sovereignty of the communities we serve.

Our Values

Transparency, Security, and Responsibility — in Every Decision

Responsible digitalisation is the organising principle behind everything we do, and it is expressed through three values that guide our work every day: transparency, security, and responsibility. Transparency means that our clients always have full visibility into what we are building, how it works, and the trade-offs involved — there are no black boxes. Security means that the solutions we deliver must be robust, resilient, and worthy of the trust placed in them by the citizens and institutions that depend on them. Responsibility means we combine deep technical expertise with a genuine understanding of societal impact, recognising that digital systems shape how societies function. These are not aspirational statements. They show up in everyday decisions — how a solution is architected, how data is handled, how an AI model is governed, and how a team communicates with a client. Responsible digitalisation, in our view, is not about taking the easy route. It is about facing complex challenges head-on and building solutions that last.

Why working with us

Superior Value, Faster and with Lower Risk

Clients choose Netcompany because we combine things that are rarely found together: deep domain expertise in the sectors where the stakes are highest, a platform-led delivery model that dramatically reduces time to value and implementation risk, and genuine independence from any single technology vendor. Our platforms — PULSE, AMPLIO, AMI, and EASLEY AI — have been rigorously tested across hundreds of mission-critical solutions. They are easily customisable, rapidly deployable, and AI-ready. As our CEO André Rogaczewski puts it: there are no IT solutions that cannot be built using these platforms. Add Feniks AI — the first agentic AI framework of its kind in Europe, capable of accelerating development time by up to 45 percent — and the result is a delivery model that consistently outperforms traditional approaches on speed, reliability, and cost. We are also certified to the highest international standards, holding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 20000, CMMI Level 3, and Cyber Essentials Plus across our entities. Governments and enterprises across Europe trust us with their most critical systems because we have earned that trust — one delivered solution at a time, over 25 years of operation.

Sustainability

A Responsible IT Partner for Society, Business, and the Environment

At Netcompany, sustainability is not a reporting obligation — it is a commitment woven into how we operate, what we build, and the relationships we maintain across our value chain. Our sustainability programme is reported in full compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), covering climate change, water and marine resources, resource use and circular economy, environmental management, own workforce, consumers and end-users, and business conduct. On the environmental side, we are committed to minimising our own consumption and carbon footprint, enhancing renewable energy sources, promoting circular economy practices in IT hardware, and responsibly managing e-waste. We support the decarbonisation of our clients' activities through the digital efficiency gains our solutions deliver. On the social side, we invest in the personal and professional growth of our workforce, ensure that the public-facing digital solutions we build are accessible and non-discriminatory, and handle personal data with the highest standards of care. On governance, we uphold responsible business conduct aligned with the International Bill of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles, the OECD Guidelines, and the UN Declaration of Human Rights. We are a UN Global Compact endorser, an MSCI ESG AA-rated company, a Nasdaq ESG Transparency Partner, and are rated by Sustainalytics. Our environmental objectives are managed within ISO 14001 management systems, and select entities participate in the EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS). Building stronger, sustainable societies for generations to come is not a tagline — it is the measure by which we hold ourselves accountable.

Community & Impact

Digitalising the Services That Shape Everyday Life

The most meaningful measure of our work is not the technology itself — it is the impact it has on the people who use it. Netcompany's solutions connect citizens with governments, patients with healthcare providers, commuters with transport networks, and businesses with the digital infrastructure they need to operate efficiently. We have built the Danish national portal borger.dk, which gives every citizen in Denmark access to public services; mit.dk, the secure digital mailbox through which critical government communications reach millions of people; and Modulus Barn, Norway's GDPR-compliant child welfare platform that protects the country's most vulnerable. We have digitised city services for Oslo's 750,000 residents, helped drive smarter airport operations across Europe through our AIRHART platform, and partnered with energy providers to enable faster, fairer switching for consumers. Our commitment to end-users — including people with disabilities, the elderly, and those with limited digital literacy — means we build for inclusion as a baseline, not an afterthought. Every solution we deliver is, ultimately, an investment in the communities that depend on it.

Inclusion & Diversity

Fifty Nationalities. One Culture of Belonging.

Diversity at Netcompany is not a metric to manage — it is a source of strength. With more than 50 nationalities represented across our organisation, we believe that every successful project is the result of collective processes and diverse perspectives. Our Board of Directors maintains an equal gender split as defined by the Danish Gender Balance Act, and we have set a target of 25 percent women across other management levels, actively working to close the gap year on year. Our inclusivity commitment extends to the solutions we build: digital systems that serve the full breadth of society must be designed with that breadth in mind. Accessibility for individuals with visual, auditory, or motor impairments, and usability for those with limited digital literacy, are integral to how our teams approach their work. As one of our colleagues puts it: responsible digitalisation means inclusion of everyone — not leaving anyone behind. That conviction shapes both our internal culture and the products we deliver to the world. Our DEI Policy, published alongside our annual sustainability reporting, sets out the standards and targets we hold ourselves to.
