Since 1994 RPI has had the unique opportunity to work with many of Australia’s most iconic brands and institutions including federal, state, and local governments and agencies, public-private partnerships, private sector companies, and not-for-profit agencies. It is our focus on quality and our collaborative approach that has enabled us to establish long-standing relationships with both our clients and industry partners.


We have a senior team of highly experienced project managers with significant front-end advisory, project management, design management and construction delivery experience who have a genuine interest in, and current understanding of what is required to deliver extraordinary projects.

Our Story

RP Infrastructure is a leading provider of advisory, project and asset management services across the entire infrastructure spectrum.

The company began in 1994 and was rebranded from Root Partnerships to RP Infrastructure in July 2022 following the acquisition of InfraSol Group. Our new name, RP Infrastructure, reflects our expanded client offering of integrated solutions across social, commercial, transport, utilities and defence infrastructure.

Our team have worked with many of Australia’s most influential brands and institutions from the government, private and not-for-profit sectors, delivering city shaping and nation-building infrastructure.

Our service is driven by a collaborative approach based on strong partnerships. We’re proud of our long relationships. We are known for working closely with our clients and stakeholders to deliver high-profile, complex projects in the community.

Our highly experienced advisors and project managers have extensive industry knowledge and diverse backgrounds in architecture, design, engineering, quantity surveying, and construction management, ensuring we have the end-to-end project knowledge to advise on all aspects of the project life cycle.

From social events to sporting challenges, mental self-care to supporting our colleagues – our Committee champions the importance of looking out for each other.

RP Infrastructure also provides an Employee Assistance Program – a confidential and free mental health service available to all staff, accessed via an independent reputable provider.
