Established in 2013, S3 Solutions is an independent consultancy company. We focus our work specifically on the community & voluntary and public sectors. Our interest and passion for the sector originated from our past experience of both working and volunteering there, primarily in sport and community development.​

Much of our work involved applying for funding and supporting organisations to access funding. This evolved into two distinct but connected services: Consulting and FundReady, two services dedicated to supporting organisations on their mission to deliver positive social change. ​

We have an exceptional team of people who have the right experience and talent, but above all, share our passion for the sector and the belief that our work has a purpose and can make an impact. 

We work across the UK and Ireland and are proud to have our roots in Belfast with regional offices in Derry and Dublin.

FundReady is Ireland’s leading funding support service for 3rd sector and not for profit organisation. 

Powered by S3 Solutions, FundReady is a subscription-based service with support packages available to meet the needs of organisations of all sizes and types in the Third / not for profit sector.  

Through our specialist team of Client Advisors and our leading funding support platform, we provide you with access to the latest funding opportunities, advice and guidance and practical support to write and submit funding applications. 

We work with grass roots sports clubs to large regional and national charities. Through our specialist funding support packages, we have supported clients across Ireland to secure over £120 million of funding for new capital projects, services, equipment and organisational developments.

Consulting

We are a professional team of experienced researchers, social impact analysts, business, and economic consultants. Our staff team includes individuals with legal, business, research, economic and community development qualifications as well as backgrounds local authorities, community development, peace building, sport, health & wellbeing and youth & women’s sector.

Our background as community development practitioners and volunteers is what fuels and drives our approach. Across all of our projects, we seek purpose in our work and we want to make a difference, we are not interested in reports that have no impact.​
