SAP Student Rotation and Training (STAR) programs, also known as Vocational Training or Scholar@SAP, are multi-year, paid rotational training programs designed to help students jump-start their careers at SAP. Develop technical, business, and personal skills, grow your network and gain real-world industry experience for long-term career success.

To provide more insight into your skills and capabilities, some positions may invite you to complete an online or in-person assessment.

Prep for interviews

Interviews at SAP typically cover various areas, including your past experience, skills and behaviors. Have examples on hand that illustrate behaviors we value at SAP, e.g. problem solving, client-centricity, teamwork and inclusion.

Hiring manager interviews

Your interview with the hiring manager will be in-person or via video chat. You may also be interviewed by members of the team and other colleagues.
