We've worked on more than 70,000 acres of land restoration across the world. In 2024, 68% (C$5.5 billion) of our revenue was sustainability-driven. Stantec's ISS Corporate ESG rating continues to outperform our peers year after year, and our MSCI ESG rating is top of class relative to other engineering and design firms, six years running. It means enhancing knowledge, prosperity, health, and quality of life. Since 2007, we have invested over $67 Million in our communities around the globe through donations, services in kind, and employees volunteering. Each year, we commit up to 1 percent of our annual pretax profits to charitable and non-profit organizations, while also encouraging employees to give back personally. In 2025, Stantec invested $11.7 million globally to support community resilience, education, food security, and disaster relief. Each year, we award $200,000 in scholarships to students pursuing degrees in science, technology, engineering, arts/architecture, and mathematics (STEAM) fields through our Future Leaders Scholarship program, plus up to $400,000 in additional scholarships through educational institutions and partners worldwide.
