In a personal meeting at our office in Ratingen/Chicago, we will find out together whether we are a match for each other. Depending on your availability, this usually happens within two weeks.

By working on a consulting case, you have the opportunity to get to know a typical consulting situation and convince us of your abilities. In the process, you will get to know our targonauts and get a better picture of us working as a team.

If we and you are convinced of each other, the final step is meeting with our management board. Ideally, this happens on the same day as the consulting case. If everything fits, you will receive a contract offer from us, directly.
