About the company

At The Shaker Company, we are convinced that human energy in an organization is the key element to reach a performance objective or for a transformation programme to succeed. We are a consulting and coaching firm created by 3 partners all of whom have prior experience in this industry with large international companies. We also have experience in senior operational corporate roles (Business, HR, Marketing, IT…) and our approach is unique in the way we mix our consulting methodology with coaching skills and posture (PNL, Transactional analysis…). Our firm has a network of 20 experts who also have a background in consulting and coaching. Our clients range from large international companies to small businesses who are going through major transformations or who wish to increase their operational performance. Our ambition is to shape tomorrow’s leadership, organization and workforce. We believe it is possible to increase performance by creating a more purposeful and fun workplace. Our offering is structured around three main areas of expertise: - Leadership to develop leaders and their managerial practices to create conditions for employee engagement - Transformation and change management to anticipate future challenges and manage the human aspects of these projects - Operational excellence to develop the operational levers that will increase the effectiveness of organisations.
