WMC is an independent Canadian consulting organization with offices in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Toronto. Since WMC’s inception in 1975, the firm has grown in both size and stature, and currently offers the services of over 70 full-time professional staff. From Western origins, we offer a wide range of management consulting services nationally. We pride ourselves on the quality of work and attention to detail that goes into all aspects of our consulting and client relationships. We offer expertise only in those areas where we have proven competence and do not seek or accept work where we do not have the required resources or capabilities. Our professionals are implementation and results oriented. We feel the degree of repeat business and ongoing client relationships we enjoy is due to the quality of work we deliver and the degree of client satisfaction with results accomplished. The original principals of WMC and the majority of the professional staff today are members of their provincial Institutes of Certified Management Consultants. We subscribe to the rules of professional conduct and the Code of Ethics of these Institutes. Members of WMC have been, and continue to be, active on Institute councils and in national and international Institute affairs. WMC is a proud supporter of Canada’s single voice for management consulting, the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (‘CAMC’). CAMC members are bound by a number of ethical and industry standards that non-CAMC firms are not.
