4RESULTS - business consulting to meet enterprise challenges and strategies. We are here to provide the result – to transform the current business situation into the reality you expect, and to do all that effectively, without risk, in an optimal way. We operate on many levels: from the area of production, though sales and marketing processes, and ending with the organization of activities and the development of people. We are able to effectively influence the business at all levels of the organization – from the board to the operational staff. We are distinguished by a broad approach to challenges and exceptional commitment of our team.

Who we are

4Results has been operating on the training and consulting market since 2005. During this time, the group of our trusted clients - from Poland and around the world - has been constantly growing, and today we have over 1,000 completed projects for over 400 clients.  Our partners are looked after by a group of over 50 consultants and trainers.

Why do customers trust us? In 4Results projects, partnership based on trust and a common understanding of goals is key. We never leave the client without the possibility of implementing our proposals. We show above-average commitment and care for results , but at the same time we involve the client in projects so that the implemented solutions are sustainable.

What we do

We help build the Accountability Culture

Three implementation approaches:


Complex:

  • our role is to conduct training, and support implementation for employees of the entire organization.
  • we have the resources, know-how and experience to carry out a project in an efficient, engaging and implementation-focused manner, even for a large organization.


Licensed:

  • we use this approach when the organization wants to implement most of its activities on the basis of internal training teams.
  • the role of 4Results is most often to guide the TOP Management team through the implementation process and to conduct a train the trainer project along with granting a license to conduct training and implementation activities.

Team:

  • in organizations where the readiness to implement an Accountability Culture differs from team to team, we focus first on those teams that have the strongest foundations
  • with this approach, we implement the “Accountability Culture” in one or more teams and gradually support implementations throughout the organization, depending on the results.
