What is Culture I Take Responsibility?


The Culture I Take Responsibility is based on the Intent-Based Leadership International approach.

This is the methodology developed by the international team of Captain David L. Marquet. The first implementation is in 1999, when Capt. DL Marquet in 9 months turns the worst nuclear boat in the USS Navy into no. 1
