We went fully remote during the pandemic, and rather than treating that as a temporary fix, we used it to become a genuinely more flexible team. Since 2021 we've also been moving toward a Teal-based way of organizing ourselves, which means less hierarchy and more trust placed in people to do good work without someone checking over their shoulder.
