Our BCX Graduate Internship Programme provides young jobseekers with an opportunity to add workplace experience and knowledge to their skillsets. The programme has been running since 2005, and over 700 interns from South Africa’s finest tertiary institutions have been offered positions at BCX after their eight months of internship.

The graduates in the programme can supplement their qualifications with real work and life experience, and we achieve our aim of nurturing and retaining talent to benefit the business. We accept graduates who have completed degrees or diplomas in a wide range of courses, covering all aspects of Information Technology and business.
