Founded in 1999 and headquartered at 138 Avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris, Colombus Consulting is an independent management consulting firm specialised in the large-scale transformation of organisations facing major strategic, technological, and regulatory disruptions. With over 20 years of continuous growth, we now count 320 consultants operating from France and Switzerland, accompanying clients across more than 25 countries. In 2021, we became a Mission-Driven Company (société à mission) — a formal commitment to placing social and environmental responsibility at the heart of everything we do. In 2021, Colombus Consulting became a Mission-Driven Company (société à mission), formalising its commitment to placing environmental and social responsibility at the centre of its activities. We are BCorp certified and internationally recognised for our social and environmental engagement. In France, we have implemented an energy efficiency plan aligned with the EU's 'Fit for 55' objectives. In Switzerland, we have set up a nationwide co-working solution to reduce employee travel and carbon footprint. We favour responsible purchasing guided by a dedicated charter and supplier selection criteria, and we actively educate and train our teams on major environmental, technological, and societal challenges. In each client mission, we integrate CSR strategy into transformation choices — more than two-thirds of our clients recognise that we contribute to making their organisations more responsible.

Colombus Consulting actively contributes to public debate through research, sector studies, and participation in major industry events. We co-developed the PLANETE Workshops (PLANification Écologique pour la Transformation de l'Économie), inspired by The Shift Project's French Economic Transformation Plan, to help organisations develop concrete CO2 reduction action plans.
