Working with us

A human adventure where every voice counts

Joining Cubik means more than joining a company — it means joining a human adventure where every talent matters and every idea is heard. Our team of more than 120 people brings together consultants, trainers, salespeople and support functions, all sharing a solid grounding in the field and a fine understanding of our clients' challenges. We work as close as possible to where things happen: on the ground, with clients, making processes smoother, teams more autonomous, and results more durable.

Why joining us

An environment that combines ambition and innovation

Our daily life rests on strong values that guide our decisions and actions. Excellence drives our work and pushes us to constantly look for new solutions and anticipate our clients' needs. Collaboration sits at the heart of our teams — sharing knowledge, helping one another and celebrating collective wins are all engines of our success. We're committed to giving every project real meaning and impact, so every colleague can see the concrete contribution they make.

Career path

Varied, stimulating projects that grow with you

Working at Cubik means accessing varied and stimulating projects that feed your curiosity and develop your skills, whether supporting clients through transformation, running training sessions, or contributing to internal initiatives. We encourage internal mobility and progression, because we know personal ambition feeds collective success. Recruitment interviews themselves are built around this trajectory: a Fit interview to understand who you are, an Expertise interview built around a past transformation project you've led, and a Trajectoire interview exploring your life ambitions and how Cubik can help you get there.

Training

Learning built into everyday work

Continuous learning is part of our DNA, whether through formal training, hands-on experimentation, or peer-to-peer exchange. New consultants are expected to be trained, and ideally certified, in Lean Six Sigma, and are supported in developing both the trainer/coach side of the role and the field-consultant side. Throughout your first month, you get a structured skills-building path, a dedicated mentor (parrain/marraine) with weekly check-ins, and planned time with every team member to discover Cubik's different areas of expertise.

What we are looking for

Field-tested profiles who put others first

We look for at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in industry or services, in continuous improvement, operational excellence, methods or process roles, ideally trained or certified in Lean Six Sigma. Beyond technical grounding, we value strong analytical and communication skills, a genuine client orientation, and people who want to gain autonomy, pass on what they're passionate about, and grow others. We're looking for people who are autonomous and engaged, adaptable and open-minded, analytical and rigorous, energetic and proactive, strong relationship-builders comfortable in both written and spoken exchanges, fluent in French and English (any additional language is a plus), and who put others' benefit before their own.

Recruitment Process

Three interviews, then a structured onboarding journey

The process runs through three interviews: a Fit interview (who are you, where do you come from?), an Expertise interview built around a Lean transformation project you've led, and a Trajectoire interview about your life goals and how Cubik can help you get there. Once you join, onboarding starts before day one — contract signed, admin file ready, IT equipment configured, and a mentor assigned — continues through a structured first day of introductions and orientation, and carries through your first month with a skills-building path, regular check-ins with your mentor, and a closing session to mark your first successes.

Good to know

A flexible, connected team culture

We make sure our people can thrive fully in a flexible environment that respects their work-life balance. Collaborative workspaces, shared moments and regular exchanges build a genuine team spirit. Each month we share ideas, successes and lessons learned, and seasonal seminars — summer, back-to-school and Christmas — bring the team together in different settings to explore new perspectives and build shared memories, alongside mentoring and ongoing development opportunities.

Diversity and Inclusion

Every personality is part of the Cubik spirit

Cubik values the diversity and personality of every individual and looks for people who share the 'Cubik spirit' — open-minded and easy to get along with, whatever their background or path. This openness extends to Cubik Agri's engagement, through the MEDEF, the FARM Foundation and the ALFA association, promoting sustainable agriculture and resilient value chains across France, Africa and the Middle East.
