Founded in 1975, we have evolved over five decades from a technology services firm into a full-stack Digital Technologies, Operations, and Experiences company. We integrate social responsibility with business objectives through 'ASHA', our corporate CSR body led by Senior Management. Our initiatives span four focus areas. In Education & Skill Development, we sponsor underprivileged students, support IIT and medical coaching through the Dakshana Foundation, and provide inclusive education tools for children with special needs. In Community Empowerment, we create employment in Tier 3 cities, support rural women's livelihoods in the Philippines, and run our Knowledge Associate programme — enabling women, disabled individuals, and people in remote areas to work from home with dignity. In Healthcare & Nutrition, we partner with the Annam and Ekam Foundations to deliver nutritional supplements and healthcare access to underserved communities. In Environmental Sustainability, we sponsor water recycling plants and green campus initiatives that reduce groundwater usage and promote biodiversity.
