Led by the D&I Committee, which guarantees a systemic vision and strong governance of activities, our team works together, promoting an increasingly diverse and inclusive environment. Since the creation of the D&I Program, the Census and Perception Survey has been carried out annually. The data obtained allows the D&I Committee to evaluate Falconi as a whole and in its particularities, perceive opportunities for improvement and evolution, make better decisions, establish metrics and define the next steps. We still have a long way to go in the search for representation and we know that the first step is to clearly identify the problem, based on facts and data.
