About Us

Nearly 30 Years of Operational Performance

KLB was created in 1995 by two founders who believed that too many projects were failing for lack of a realistic, operational and pragmatic approach. They built a company resolutely different from traditional consulting firms — one capable of supporting clients through the complete realisation of their projects, intervening at every key stage to guarantee success and adherence to schedule. Today, with more than 750 employees across 6 countries and professionals from over 31 nationalities, we work with clients of all sizes — private and public — in France and internationally, enhancing their performance through pragmatic and innovative solutions in Procurement, Finance, IT, Human Resources and Supply Chain. In fiscal year 2023, KLB crossed the €50 million mark in revenue, achieved entirely through organic growth.

We support our clients across the full spectrum of their support functions: Procurement & Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, and Human Resources. Whatever the challenge — refocusing a support function, improving business process performance, accelerating digitalisation, or defining and implementing a target organisation — our teams provide the right expertise at the right time. We operate through four complementary service lines: operational consulting and staffing (embedding expert consultants within client teams), performance and transformation advisory, transition management using senior interim managers for crisis or change situations, and Business Process Outsourcing for Procurement and Finance operations.
