Around the world we manage a portfolio of environmentally certified office spaces to meet the sustainability targets of reducing both travel and office footprint. More than 70% of our employees work in LEED or BREEAM Certified office spaces. In addition, our agile office design includes a flexible balance of individual, collaborative and support spaces built to accommodate a variety of work styles with the goal of inspiring innovation, collaboration and inclusion.

Kroll is a CarbonNeutral company, certified in accordance with The CarbonNeutral Protocol (Scopes 1,2,3). This means we’ve reduced our emissions to zero through a combination of internal efficiencies and offsets. With Natural Capital Partners, Kroll offsets each year using a project mix representative of the global reach of our offices.

Additional supported projects include solar water heating in India, reducing the environmental impact of landfill through methane capture and electricity generation in Seneca Meadows in the U.S. and a project in Australia to manage the Savanna fires.

Through the above sustainability initiatives and other environmental action plans, we are aligned to the United Nations’ Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs), the blueprint to achieve a better and more equitable future for all. They address the global challenges we face, including those related to poverty, inequality, climate, environmental degradation, prosperity and peace and justice.

Kroll supports our communities and the causes most aligned to our values through the Kroll Charitable Foundation. Since its launch in 2018, the Kroll Charitable Foundation has distributed funds to hundreds of charities worldwide.
