Property consultancy

Our team is highly experienced in managing property for the NHS and other public sector organisations. We encourage clients to look at their portfolio to understand what they’ve already got – it’s often more valuable and capable of supporting strategic change than they realise.

With the NHS under severe financial constraints including CDEL, we have to learn to do things differently. This might involve an NHS Trust sharing facilities with a local authority, or a hospital leasing a property rather than owning it. Technology will also have a huge impact on how we think about property and space.

We consider the estate from a holistic perspective, incorporating clinical strategy, healthcare planning, capital development, technology, digital and sustainability.

It is easy to procure our services – we are proud to be one of the suppliers on the prestigious Crown Commercial Services (CCS) framework to supply Estates Professional Services. We cover London, South East and East Anglia.

We are also on other key public sector frameworks including:

  • NHS Commercial Solutions Property and Estates Consultancy Services Framework
  • NHS London Procurement Partnership
  • SBS Consult 18: Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services Framework
  • ESPO Estates Management Professional Services Framework
  • NHS Property Services – Framework for the Provision of Property Development Management Services

What we do

  • Collaborative asset management
  • Redevelopment and planning
  • Property rationalisation
  • Joint ventures
  • Strategic property reviews
  • Lease acquisition or exits
  • Freehold acquisition or disposal
  • Property valuation and negotiations
