Healthcare strategy and planning
Our healthcare strategy and planning team has completed almost 500 assignments in the UK and internationally since our beginnings in 2013. The depth and breadth of our experience span all sectors including acute, community, primary care and mental health and across all aspects of health, education and research. We carry out high-level strategic reviews of clinical and academic service reconfiguration and estate infrastructure strategies, developing detailed operational policies and supporting at the commissioning stages of projects.
We have successfully delivered projects and best-practice workshops across Europe, MENA and Australia.
Our consultants have diverse but complementary backgrounds including clinical, research, architecture and process re-engineering and transformation, informatics, finance and operational management. Additionally, through our relationship with Kings Health Partners, we have unique access to the expertise and experience of a leading academic and health sciences system.
We offer the full range of advisory services from system-wide health needs assessment and demand and capacity modelling to simulation modelling of flows and resource utilisation.

Property consultancy
Our team is highly experienced in managing property for the NHS and other public sector organisations. We encourage clients to look at their portfolio to understand what they’ve already got – it’s often more valuable and capable of supporting strategic change than they realise.
With the NHS under severe financial constraints including CDEL, we have to learn to do things differently. This might involve an NHS Trust sharing facilities with a local authority, or a hospital leasing a property rather than owning it. Technology will also have a huge impact on how we think about property and space.
We consider the estate from a holistic perspective, incorporating clinical strategy, healthcare planning, capital development, technology, digital and sustainability.
It is easy to procure our services – we are proud to be one of the suppliers on the prestigious Crown Commercial Services (CCS) framework to supply Estates Professional Services. We cover London, South East and East Anglia.
We are also on other key public sector frameworks including:
