Spike is a technical consultancy specialising in automation and performance engineering, largely for the retail sector. What that means is we help retailers make sure their systems and applications work as their customers demand. Typically, retailers we work with tell us they’re concerned about 1 of 3 things: 1) They are struggling to cope with peak periods of demand resulting in site outages, lost revenue and the negative impact this has on SEO and conversion; 2) They’re frustrated and falling behind due to the slow release of new features that would otherwise give them a competitive advantage; 3) They’re worried about the ‘unhappy path’ and not knowing if there are underlying problems lurking somewhere deep inside their technology estate. We make sure software is reliable, scalable and delivers the experience you and your customers expect.
