Square's mission is to support all its stakeholders (clients, employees, service providers) in developing their potential.
Founded in 2008, Square is a strategy and organization consulting group with 9 firms in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Circle, Forizons, Tallis, Viatys, Vertuo, Adway, Initio Belgium, Initio Luxembourg and Flow&Co are consulting firms specialized by business, sector or level of intervention.
This unique and specific organization favors proximity, commitment, agility and expertise within each firm.
The complementary nature of the firms allows Square to address, with more than 700 consultants, the most complex projects of its clients.
What we do
The Square Research Center
The Square Research Center engages its teams to unlock the scientific and technological barriers preventing organizations from thoroughly addressing the “issues” they are facing, whether new, emerging, or already known. To this end, we develop models, solutions and tools for our clients, our partners and our consultants. We share our results at academic seminars, professional trade shows, or in scientific publications and use our discoveries in the frame of assignments brought to us by our Clients.

MEMBER OF THE SBTi INITIATIVE
Fully aware of the current environmental challenges and of its responsibility as an organization, Square is a member of the SBTi initiative (“well below 2°C” objective). The group’s objectives will be submitted in November 2021.
UNITED NATIONS GLOBAL COMPACT
By signing the United Nations Global Compact in 2013, Square has decided to join the most important global initiative pertaining to corporate social responsibilities (human rights, work conditions, respect of the environment and fight against corruption).
