Health Care & Insurance

We recognize the importance of planning for medical contingencies and extend Health Insurance benefits to all our associates and their immediate dependents, to provide financial coverage during medical emergencies


Accident Insurance Coverage

We ensure that all our associates are covered under an Accident Insurance policy. In the event of a Temporary / Permanent Disability associates would benefit from a weekly compensation in lieu of any loss of regular pay.

Lease Breakage & Repatriation Allowance

For business exigencies, associates working at overseas locations might be asked to relocate within a short span of time which could potentially require them to break the rental agreement.


Retirement Plan

We provide associates with a multitude of options to save effectively for the future and encourage them to plan for their retirement through Retirement saving schemes structured as per local regulations.


Salary Advance

What makes life exciting is also what makes it challenging. Financial demands can be unpredictable. Recognizing this fact, we provide an interest free salary advance facility for associates, which can be repaid in easy instalments. This helps associates manage personal exigencies such as hospitalization, marriage etc.


On the Job Support


Relocation

We have a comprehensive policy to support our associates when they relocate. This includes a pre- travel advance to equip associates financially, helping them manage the unknown.


Communication Expense Reimbursements

Owing to the nature of the job, we realize that associates may have to be provided with additional conveniences to communicate and connect with their customers during a normal work day.


Extended Family Support

We care for our extended families - be it travel planning for family’srelocatioin or tuition support for children, TechM has policies to help associates manage their financial planning.




Training

To enable the learning ecosystem we have #UaaS (Upskilling-as-a-Service) platform which act as a skill marketplace. It is an AI-based platform that provides interactive, on-demand, contextual and personalized upskilling to associates in self-service mode. The platform goes beyond learning, and provides practice environment, assignments as well as an opportunity to gain experience by working on real projects using #NewAgeDelivery Platform.
