TRAKER is an operations and implementation consulting firm expert in Supply Chain Management.


Our offer aims at increasing the competitiveness of companies in industry, retail and services by the global or targeted modernization of their Supply Chain: Purchasing, Procurement, Planning, Inventory management, Operations management, Logistics and Transportation.


We support our Customers from audit or study phases to implementing optimization and transformation projects, with one priority: to generate long-lasting results guaranteeing our customers the ROI of our missions.


Today, Traker is:

Who we are

We came from industry and consulting in operational efficiency.

In 2008 we created Traker because we believe that:

  • Consultants are credible only when they are committed to the return on investment of their initiatives.
  • Isolated initiatives not designed for sustainability may optimise operations but contribute little to medium-term competitiveness and frustrate teams.
  • The success of an operations consulting mission depends on the consultants’ capacity to provide true expertise, get involved in the field and unite teams.


That’s why we offer customers an integrated, customised approach that includes:

  • Measurable results in customer service, costs, inventory levels and flexibility.
  • Support for teams and base-level changes for on-going savings.


In 2019, Traker joined BNP Paribas Real Estate as its “Logistic and Supply Chain consulting” division.

Several years of collaboration had confirmed that we were sharing the same excellence and field culture,

as well as the ambition to provide sustainable solutions for our clients.

Beyond increasing our dynamics of innovation and value creation, this alliance is the opportunity to ensure a vertical logistic expertise and to provide an European, full and integrated offer, covering the entire transformation and optimization cycle of Supply chain.

A guarantee of return on investment, the funding model for our missions is either:
