In 2023, Alixio Group launched Impact 2027, a four-year CSR roadmap covering people, ethics, the value chain, the environment, and local community support. We completed our first Group-wide carbon audit in 2023 and have since embarked on a low-carbon transition with a greenhouse gas reduction roadmap across all activities. We joined the EcoWatt charter in 2022 and have implemented concrete energy-saving measures across our offices. As a participant in the UN Global Compact since 2022, we are committed to aligning our operations and growth with the highest standards of corporate, environmental and social responsibility.

Since 2013, Alixio Group teams have partnered with AEF to run the Jeunes d'Avenirs (Youths with Futures) fairs, guiding young people aged 16–30 toward apprenticeships, training and employment. We have been a proud sponsor of Paralympic 400m champion Nantenin Keïta since 2018 — a partnership rooted in shared values of self-improvement, dedication and community-mindedness. We also support Emeraude Voile Solidaire, which organises sailing trips for vulnerable individuals, and Ocean as Common, an association committed to protecting our oceans. Business incubators launched across Paris and major French cities give future entrepreneurs expert guidance to dare, create and achieve.
